Southeast Can Deposit Commission Checks Into Your Account
Southeast now has the ability to deposit your commission checks directly into your account! You need to complete this form and return it to Nancy Cain by emailing it to her at firstname.lastname@example.org or faxing it to her at (409) 924-8282. A voided check or deposit slip must be sent along with this form in order for it to be processed. We must receive the form by the end of the month in order for the commission to be deposited into your account in the subsequent month.
You will be able to view your commission statements online if you choose to have commissions deposited directly into your account. Your commission statements can be viewed by clicking on the “Monthly Reports” button after logging into www.ssuga.com. You will also have the option of adding a password to this area if you want to prevent others in your agency from seeing your commission statements.

The $2 Bill Returns!
Southeast will be sending agents a $2 bill for each new policy written through Ranchers & Farmers. Hurry, this is a limited time offer. This giveaway will end on June 30th.
Here's a quick description of how our bonus program works. The bonuses are based on the amount of commercial lines premium financed. They are:
- $10.00 for every premium finance note up to $2,000.00
- Add up to 2% to the APR for premium finance notes in excess of $2,000.00 and your agency will receive monthly income from the amount added to the APR

There are several important steps that must be followed in order to be paid a bonus for your commercial lines premium finance business. Please read the guidelines carefully. Our New Policy Distribution Program Saves Your Agency Money
Beginning on June 15, 2012, Southeast will discontinue mailing all personal lines policy copies to your office for distribution. Instead, we will mail policy copies to the appropriate party – insured, mortgagee, and agent. This change will save your agency the cost of mailing personal lines policies.
This change does not apply to personal lines policies that are agency bill, farm & ranch policies, and commercial lines policies. Please contact one of our personal lines underwriters if you have any questions about our new policy distribution program.

You can print policy documents from our web site. Simply go to the "Work with Policies" page. Hover over the "CSR" hyperlink next to the policy you are interested in. Click on the last choice "Policy Documents". It will show you all of the policy documents that are available to print. Only documents produced after July 31, 2012 will be available for print.
